Perfect enjoyment is to be without enjoyment; the highest praise is to be without praise.

XVIII. 1.

Heaven does nothing & thence comes its security; Earth does nothing & thence comes its rest. By the union of these two inactivities all things are produced.... All things in their variety come from this inaction.
