The following telegrams have been received through Mr. Reuter's office:--
America.--New York, March 23 (Evening). Advices from Charleston to the 19th inst. state that the Confederates have mounted six rifled guns in casemates on Fort Sumter, bearing on the channel, and they have completed another ironclad in the harbour. The Raleigh Progress asserts that General Beauregard has been appointed to the command of the army of the South West. General D. H. Hill succeeds General Beauregard at Charleston.
March 24, 11 a.m.--It is reported that the Confederates are preparing for a combined invasion of Kentucky from various points.
